Greetings, I'm Dominic, also known as "TallTravelEats" due to my height and love of exploring new places and trying out the best foods.
I have compiled lists of my favorite things regarding travel and food in Richmond,VA and beyond.
Do you want to explore the best places and restaurants like TallTravelEats without the stress of planning? Look no further, because TallTravelEats has you covered with your own personalized travel itinerary.
I got to explore the Virginia House & Gardens in Windsor Farms. The Virginia House & Gardens are one of Richmond's treasure attractions. This house is nestled on a hillside overlooking the James River and surrounded by nearly eight acres of grounds and gardens designed by Charles Freeman Gillette. These grounds are well maintained with beautiful scenery. It's a great place for photos and different events. The Virginia House is closed to the public. Currently, facility rentals and special Virginia History Museum member events are the only way to view these beautiful gardens. On selected Mondays, the Virginia House has Member Mondays. At these events, members can explore the gardens at selected times. For facility rental information, contact a Facility Rental Manager(events@VirginiaHistory.org). All information about memberships can be found on the Virginia History website (www.VirginiaHistory.org).
